Design and Build of Al Maqta Floating Marine Station – Rabdan

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was appointed by ADNOC Distribution to design and construct a modern floating marine station at Al Maqta, Rabdan. The project involved the complete turnkey delivery of a high-performance pontoon system tailored for fuel dispensing, mooring, and customer access, set in a high-traffic waterfront area.

Animal Crossing Underpass Modification

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was awarded the contract by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to modify and enhance an existing underpass to facilitate safe and effective wildlife crossing. The project aimed to support biodiversity and reduce vehicle-wildlife collisions in key transit corridors by integrating structural and environmental upgrades into the existing infrastructure.

Construction of Al Garhoud Marine Station

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was engaged by RTA to construct a new marine station at Al Garhoud to support water transport services and enhance marine connectivity in the area. The project involved the rapid delivery of marine infrastructure, integrating passenger access, docking facilities, and safety systems within a critical urban corridor along the Dubai Creek.

Floating Bridge – Jumeirah Island

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was commissioned to design and construct a floating bridge to connect key zones within the Jumeirah Island community. The project aimed to improve pedestrian and light vehicle access while enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the waterfront development. Built with high-performance materials, the bridge was engineered for stability, safety, and seamless integration into the surrounding environment.

Modification of Emaar Pontoon to Berth Water Taxis

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was appointed by EMAAR to modify an existing pontoon structure to safely accommodate the berthing and operation of water taxis. The project aimed to upgrade the functionality of the pontoon while maintaining aesthetic and structural standards suitable for a premium waterfront environment.

Concrete Repair and Rehabilitation of Four Pier Caps at Palm Jumeirah Bridges

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was engaged by Nakheel to perform concrete repair and structural rehabilitation on four pier caps supporting key bridge structures at Palm Jumeirah. The project was aimed at restoring structural integrity, preventing further deterioration, and extending the service life of the bridges while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Concrete Pontoon Repair Works for Yacht Club Marina

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was commissioned by EMAAR to carry out essential repair works on existing concrete pontoons at the prestigious Yacht Club Marina. The objective was to restore structural integrity, improve safety, and enhance the durability of the pontoons while ensuring minimal disruption to marina operations.

Dubai Marina Yacht Club Concrete Repair and Anti-Slip Installation

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was engaged by EMAAR to perform concrete surface repairs and install anti-slip systems at Dubai Marina Yacht Club. SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was appointed by DUBAL to carry out Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance works for the Control Building. The project focused on ensuring the efficient operation of critical systems, enhancing reliability, and ensuring safety compliance for the building’s essential infrastructure.

Pedestrian Tunnel Construction of Remaining Works and Connection with Palm Mall

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was commissioned by Nakheel to complete the remaining works for the pedestrian tunnel construction, ensuring seamless connection with Palm Mall. The project involved finishing structural work, creating safe pedestrian access, and integrating the tunnel with surrounding infrastructure to improve connectivity within the development.
