Design and Build of Al Maqta Floating Marine Station – Rabdan

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was appointed by ADNOC Distribution to design and construct a modern floating marine station at Al Maqta, Rabdan. The project involved the complete turnkey delivery of a high-performance pontoon system tailored for fuel dispensing, mooring, and customer access, set in a high-traffic waterfront area.

Animal Crossing Underpass Modification

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was awarded the contract by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to modify and enhance an existing underpass to facilitate safe and effective wildlife crossing. The project aimed to support biodiversity and reduce vehicle-wildlife collisions in key transit corridors by integrating structural and environmental upgrades into the existing infrastructure.

Construction of Al Garhoud Marine Station

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was engaged by RTA to construct a new marine station at Al Garhoud to support water transport services and enhance marine connectivity in the area. The project involved the rapid delivery of marine infrastructure, integrating passenger access, docking facilities, and safety systems within a critical urban corridor along the Dubai Creek.

Development of Fishermen Port – Umm Al Quwain

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was entrusted with the development of a modern fishermen port in Umm Al Quwain, aimed at enhancing the operational capacity, safety, and facilities for the local fishing community. The project focused on constructing essential marine infrastructure to support docking, unloading, storage, and maintenance activities.

Concrete Works and Modification for Underground Service Tunnel

SEA ANCHOR Contracting LLC was appointed by EMAAR to modify an existing pontoon structure to safely accommodate the berthing and operation of water taxis.
